Carefully pack your timepiece in its original Seiko presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact as they were upon delivery.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
